How does it work?
You scan the QR code on the lockers, select your rackets and/or balls, pay securely via Stripe (Google Pay, Apple Pay, card, PayPal...), open the locker, and collect your gear.
Do players need to download an app?
No, hire is done directly via their smartphone browser. We also offer API integration to link the data directly into your club's main management software.
Does club staff need to intervene?
No, everything is tracked remotely. The club simply places the rackets in the lockers initially, and the system handles the rest. For padel balls, the system automatically alerts you when it’s time to restock.
What happens after the game?
The player simply returns the equipment to the locker, ready for the next user. If they fail to do so, they may lose their deposit.
Is there a deposit system?
Yes. Our solution automatically handles incidents, such as broken or missing rackets, using a secure card pre-authorization hold.
How does the club track usage?
The system logs every payment and locker opening, giving you simple and effective real-time tracking.
